Noord-Brabant Congested Partial Off-take in most of Brainport: only 3 of 7 studied service areas (Best, Eindhoven Zuid and Maarheeze) are green or yellow, regional headroom, on the official capacity-map colour scale, and the TenneT transmission layer is structurally full, which keeps stations like Hapert red regardless of regional relief. Overijssel Congested Congested Both directions across Twente and the Zwolle corridor: every sampled service area is at TenneT's most constrained transmission level for off-take and feed-in. TenneT states Zwolle-West and the Enschede subnetwork have no room until 2035. Zuid-Holland Congested Watch Off-take across almost the whole province: TenneT's high-voltage grid has reached maximum capacity across nearly all of it, and parts of Stedin's regional grid are full as well. On 1 July 2026 Stedin added station-level congestion announcements for Hellevoetsluis, Europoort and Wellebrug (25/10 kV), each stacked inside the TenneT constraint.
